Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By creating an account or using VLV AI Automations ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by VLV Furniture LLC, a California company.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and are not pro-rated.
3. Acceptable use
You will use the Service only for lawful business purposes, will not send spam or unsolicited messages, and will comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM and applicable telecommunications regulations.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
