1. Who we are

VLV AI Automations is a service operated by VLV Furniture LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in California with offices at 1401 21st St Ste 5558, Sacramento, CA 95811.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business name, billing details), data about your interactions with our service (logs, IP addresses, device info), and data we process on your behalf to deliver automations (customer phone numbers, conversation transcripts, calendar events).

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the service, process payments, send service updates, respond to support requests, and improve product quality. We never sell your data or your customers' data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the service (payment processors, SMS/voice carriers, cloud hosting, CRM integrations you authorize) and when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain account data for the life of your subscription and up to 24 months after cancellation. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You may access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing privacy@vlv-ai.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
